Aircraft Paint Technologies Ltd. has been developing and manufacturing specialty chemical products for aircraft maintenance and surface treatment since 2005.

Our core product range includes APS (Aviation Paint Strippers) — professional paint removers designed for the efficient removal of a wide range of aircraft coating systems, including alkyd, acrylic, epoxy, polyurethane and other industrial coatings.

Today, we manufacture 50+ specialty products, including paint removers, surface cleaners, solvents, specialty adhesives and corrosion-inhibiting compounds.

Aviation Expertise

Our products are used by 30+ MRO and aviation maintenance organizations in different countries.

A number of our aviation formulations comply with Boeing specification D6-17487. Selected aviation products undergo the applicable aviation industry acceptance procedures.

Our products are developed with the specific requirements of aircraft maintenance, coating removal and surface preparation in mind.

In-House R&D and Manufacturing

Aircraft Paint Technologies combines in-house formulation development, laboratory testing and manufacturing.

Our R&D team includes five PhDs and collaborates with leading research institutions. We continuously develop and improve our formulations with a focus on:

• coating removal efficiency;
• compatibility with aircraft and industrial substrates;
• occupational safety and environmental performance;
• product stability and storage life;
• convenient application and transportation.

This allows us to develop both standard products and customized solutions for specific customer requirements.

From Development to Production

We control the key stages of product development and manufacturing in-house — from formulation and laboratory testing to production and quality control.

We can provide product samples for evaluation, technical recommendations and application support to help customers select the appropriate formulation for their specific coating and substrate.
